I'm currently producing a great local (Toronto) band named "Sadie May Crash" - we've done sessions in two studios (Pirate in September and Metalworks in December) and I believe they are going to make a brilliant record.
Great musicians. Great songs. They should have a release ready by springtime.
Watch (listen) here for sneak previews.
I am also recording a suite of new songs and instrumental compositions of my own, each of which will eventually be accompanied by its own little film. The suite is called Flowers for Armageddon - one lyrical theme links all the songs together. It's the best music I've ever made, and it was this project that introduced me to a host of new musicians, among whom are Sadie May Crash, who have also been performing on my new recordings.
(Thanks to Gary Topp for the introductions)
I have remastered both Drastic Measures LPs with the immeasurable help of James Paul of Rogue Studios, and they are ready to be heard again. Both LPs will be featured here soon for free listening.
Doug McClement of Comfort Sound graciously restored a number of Drastic Measures recordings which were never released. Now they can finally be heard - best tracks will be included with the remastered LPs when a serious release is being readied.
Stay tuned...
